How sources are used

Research summaries identify their original papers. Technical guides use official documentation and modelling references. Geographic pages identify the jurisdiction and date of their sources. Living documents may change after the individual source-check dates shown below.

Editorial workflows and interpretations are distinguished from published findings. This register is a curated foundation, not an exhaustive bibliography.

The teaching foundation

The eleven-part water-supply learning path was developed using the supplied University of Sydney lecture material by Stuart Khan as a conceptual foundation. It covers physical and chemical quality, microbiology, catchments, groundwater, coagulation and clarification, filtration, disinfection, advanced treatment, reverse osmosis, purified recycled water and distribution.

The prose, worked calculations and practice datasets are original to the Atlas. Lecture files and slide images are not republished. Historical examples in the lectures are not treated as current project status, and simplified teaching statements are qualified where they affect engineering interpretation. This is an independent educational resource, without university endorsement.
